Versa offers business financing and payment products, including short-term and long-term business loans, lines of credit, secured and unsecured lending, SBA loans, invoice factoring, merchant cash advances, credit card processing, check collection, and point-of-sale systems.
We act as a broker and referral source as well as, in some cases, a direct provider. For many products, we present your application to third-party lenders, funders, and processors who make their own independent decisions and set their own terms.
Versa offers business financing and payment products, including short-term and long-term business loans, lines of credit, secured and unsecured lending, SBA loans, invoice factoring, merchant cash advances, credit card processing, check collection, and point-of-sale systems.

By submitting an application, you authorize Versa and our funding partners to obtain business and, where applicable, personal credit reports, to verify the information you provide, and to review business bank statements or connected bank data as part of underwriting. By providing your mobile phone number on a form, application, or in the course of doing business with us, you consent to receive text messages from Versa Business Systems at that number.
What we send: Messages relate to your application, account, and services, including application status and follow-up, document requests, appointment scheduling and reminders, customer support responses, and occasional information about products and offers relevant to your business.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your activity and where you are in the application process.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts, unless you opt back in. You can also opt out by contacting us using the details in Section 20.
